What We're Looking For

The Perfect Organizer:

• Has a natural talent and passion for organizing (professional experience not required!)

• Loves browsing the organizing sections in stores (just for fun!)

• Is detail-oriented, reliable, patient, and non-judgmental

• Thrives both independently and as part of a team

• Brings positive energy and a great sense of humor to every project

• Is detail-oriented and excellent at time management

• Communicates with honesty, integrity, and kindness

• Can visualize the potential in any space, making it both beautiful and functional

• Is resourceful, hardworking, and able to problem-solve independently

• Takes good care of their mental health (we're big fans of therapy!)

Key Requirements:

• Available Monday-Friday, 9 am to 3:30 pm (plus travel time)

• Flexible schedule - this role doesn't guarantee full-time or fixed hours

• Reliable transportation to drive to projects in the Twin Cities Metro and surrounding suburbs (up to 1 hour+ from our Maple Grove, MN home base)

• Comfortable working in various environments (including dusty garages, sheds, and cluttered homes)

• Physically able to lift 30+ pounds, climb ladders, and be on your feet all-day

• Responsive to company communications and able to use scheduling software

• Willing to work in hot and cold weather conditions (garages, sheds, storage spaces)

• Can accommodate occasional Saturday projects (zero to one per month)

What You'll Do:

• Sort, categorize, organize, and label

• Create organizing systems that are both beautiful and functional

• Haul donations, trash, recycling

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and create customized solutions

• Support clients through life transitions with empathy and patience

• Adapt to changing situations with a calm, problem-solving attitude

This may not be a good fit if:

• You tire out easily (remember, there's lifting, carrying, and hauling in every project)

• Clutter overwhelms you

• You're allergic to dust, cats, or dogs (and aren't willing to take medication for it)

• You have your own cleaning or organizing business

• You prefer to be in charge (we value humility and teamwork!)

• You're looking for guaranteed full-time hours or only want to work in picture-perfect homes
